WWWEnterprise Launches Enhancements to Shopping Engine for Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons

Bloomfield, NY, April 27, 2009 – WWWEnterprise, Inc., a leading provider of online skin care product sales for Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists, today announces the launch of exciting new enhancements to their shopping engine.

Many new features take advantage of Web 2.0 technologies to provide a superior patient/consumer shopping experience. Some of the new features include:

• Tabbed content sections allowing the patient to view or hide the Product Description, Ingredients, or Usage Instructions.
• E-mail a friend feature is available on each product page.
• Ability to add products directly from your site to the most popular social networking sites.

• New Daily Specials, which include discounted or free products to customers who purchase selected products.
• Dynamic “Add To Cart” feature allowing patients to place items in their cart directly from the search results page.
• Secure log in area for customer specific announcements.

In addition to the changes made to the shopping engine, the company has developed a custom Automated E-mail system. This system now sends out recommended products, based on the products purchased, with each order receipt. The system will follow up 30 days after each order requesting a review of the product. Replenishment e-mails are automatically sent to remind patients that their product is running low and is time to purchase.

“We feel that these enhancements will make the shopping experience much quicker and easier for the patient. We also feel that these enhancements will increase customer retention, as well as increase average order amount,” said IT Director Christopher Miller.
