The Procrastinator’s Guide to Buying Promotional Pens

The good news is that purchasing promotional pens at the last minute is now much easier than it ever was. Artwork can be set in minutes and you have a much larger selection of pens to choose from.

Manufacturers such as Senator Pens and Parker permanently have machines set up to express print their most popular pens. This enables them to accept a rush order and ensure the promotional pens get printed and despatched much faster than previously possible.

I have certain suppliers I like to use because I know they will never let me down when time is a major issue. I know that they will meet their deadlines and that the pens they supply are of excellent quality so my customers will not be disappointed.

This comes with years of dealing with the best. Would you like to know who they are?

Senator Pens is a German manufacturer of promotional pens. They have offices all over the world and are by far the most popular promotional pen brand. Check out the Senator Super Hit that can actually be printed one colour on the barrel the same day your order is placed. How is that for fast?

Senator Pens also offer a larger range of pens that can be express printed such as the Dart, Challenger, Hattrix, Arrow and many others.

Newell Rubbermaid the company that supplies Parker Pens has begun printing their name brand pens such as the Parker Vector and Jotter on rush lead-times. They have also put a nice selection of Paper Mate pens on fast lead-times.

In addition to these brands, there are also a lot of very good quality generic pens on the market. Be careful here! There are many low cost generic pens that write smoothly and consistently but their are some really poor quality pens on the market as well.

A good supplier should be able to send you samples if time allows or recommend a pen they are prepared to stand behind. I know of at least twenty different makes that I would be happy to print my logo on.
