My Lexmark Optra E312 is printing out the wrong stuff?

It prints but it says BRJN”JOB BRJN”GNVGR”….. AND THATS ALL IT WILL PRONT HOW DO I MAKE IT WORK?????
now it’s printing symbols

Some possibilities are:
1) the printer driver has become corrupted and needs to be removed and reinstalled.
2) the interface cable has a bad connection (unplug and re-seat both ends of the cable and properly secure them) or has gone bad (damaged – replace cable).
3) the printer settings have been changed to a different language format (i.e. from PCL to PostScript or vice-versa)
4) a different printer has been selected but goes to the same printer port as the other printer.
